Suvaam’s Education Initiative – Customer Assurance & Disclaimer

At Suvaam®, we are committed to making education accessible to underprivileged children, especially young girls. As part of this initiative, we allocate ₹50 from every order towards funding a child's education.

How It Works

To maintain transparency and accountability, we:
✅ Deduct this amount internally from Suvaam’s earnings (customers are not charged extra).
✅ Distribute collected funds every six months by paying school or educational fees directly to institutions or organizations.
✅ The selection of children for this initiative is done solely by the Suvaam® Core Team, ensuring the most deserving beneficiaries are chosen.
✅ Fee payments will be processed through our parent company, Mastupa® Enterprise, and official proof (receipts and recorded videos) will be shared on our website’s blog and social media.
✅ This initiative applies to all orders placed between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Disclaimer & Limitations

1. No Third-Party Claims – The funds collected under this initiative are solely managed by Suvaam®. No third party, including customers or external organizations, may claim refunds, adjustments, or rights over these contributions.
2. No Legal Obligation – This initiative is a voluntary corporate social responsibility (CSR) effort by Suvaam®. While we aim to continue this program, Suvaam reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the initiative at any time without prior notice.
3. Transparency & Record-Keeping – While we strive for complete transparency, fund allocation may vary based on factors such as school fee structures, the number of beneficiaries, and operational feasibility. All updates will be published periodically.
4. Non-Tax Deductible – Contributions made through this initiative are not considered direct donations from customers and do not qualify for tax deductions under charitable laws.
5. No Misuse or Redistribution – Funds collected under this initiative will only be used for education-related expenses and will not be distributed as cash to individuals.
6. Refund Orders Exclusion – Orders that are refunded or canceled will not be counted towards this initiative, and the ₹50 allocation from those orders will not be contributed.

By making a purchase from Suvaam®, customers acknowledge that they support this initiative voluntarily and understand that this is a company-driven effort rather than a direct customer-to-charity transaction.
